BÉLANGER, Mathilda At the Pavillon Labrie in Montmagny, on November 21, 1998, at the age of 88 years and 8 months, passed away Dame Mathilda Bélanger, wife of the late Mr. Léo Chouinard. She lived in St-Aubert, county of L'Islet. The members of his family will welcome relatives and friends at the parish hall of St-Aubert on Sunday, Monday, the day of the funeral. The religious service will be celebrated on Monday, November 23 in the church of St-Aubert, followed by the burial in the parish cemetery. She is survived by her children: Hélène (Louis-Philippe Denis), Léopold (Lise Jacques), Arthur (Anita Lamonde), Rachel (Henri-Louis Pelletier), Jean-Claude (Hortense Giguère), Michel (Micheline Thibault), Jeannine (Regis Labbé), Denise (Richard Bourassa), Henri (France Gallichan), Philippe (Monique Pigeon); his 21 grandchildren and his 12 great-grandchildren. She was the sister and sister-in-law of the late Joseph (late Joséphine Morin), late Herménégilde (late Zite Morin), late Auguste (late Rose-Alma Drapeau), late Edmire (late Henri Turcotte), late Alfred (Clémence Giasson) , Thomas (Isabelle Gamache); from the Chouinard family: late Alphée, late Maria (late Ferdinand Chouinard), late Aubert (late Zenaïde St-Pierre), late Alphonse (Adrienne Morneau), late Fernand, late Sylvio (Lucienne Jean), late Omer (Athala St-Pierre ), late Ernest, late Marie-Irène (late Omer Bernier), late Roland (late Marie-Ange Miville). She also leaves to mourn several nieces and nephews, other relatives and friends. A special thank you goes to the staff of Pavillon Labrie.
