  [S5] Obituary. 1945-2021 Val-d'Or: Passed away at Maison de la Source Gabriel on August 25, 2021 at the age of 75, Mr. Jacques Gamache, domiciled in Val-d'Or, son of the late Alfred Gamache and of the late Alexina Nadeau . Mr. Gamache is survived by his son Dominic; his grandchildren: Jérémie, Xavier and Aly; his sister Liliane (late Laurent Bélanger); his brothers: the late Reynald (the late Anne-Michèle Lévesque), Marc, his twin (Francine Schoos) and Richard (Lise Vallée); his nephews and nieces as well as many relatives and friends. The family would like to thank from the bottom of their hearts all the staff of the Maison de la Source Gabriel for the good care provided. Mr. Gamache will be on display at the Funeral Home at 1746, 3e Avenue in Val-d'Or on Tuesday, September 14, 2021, from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m. and from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. A final prayer will be held on Tuesday, September 14, 2021 at 5 p.m. in the living room of the Val-d'Or funeral home at the end of the first exhibition block.
