CHOUINARD, Carmelle
1929-2023
At the Saint-Jean-Port-Joli Accommodation Center, on October 25, 2023, at the age of 93 years and 10 months, passed away Mrs. Carmelle Chouinard, wife of the late Mr. Jean-Georges Gamache. Daughter of the late Lady Marie-Ange Gaudreault and the late Mr. Aubert chouinard, she lived in Saint-Jean-Port-Joli.
She was the sister and sister-in-law of: the late Marie-Rose (the late Joseph-Louis Leblanc), the late Roger (the late Alice Lemieux), the late Jacqueline (the late Bertrand Leclerc), the late Raymond (the late Aurore Descôtes), the late Françoise ( late Marcel St-Pierre), Gilberte (late Jean-Paul Cloutier), Maurice, late Camille, Pierrette (Gilles Chamard), Claudette, Huguette (Jean Valiquette) and Gilles (Rose-Hélène Dubé).
Also affected by his departure are members of the Gamache family, his nephews and nieces, his cousins ??and his friends.
Sincere thanks are addressed to all the staff of the Saint-Jean-Port-Joli Accommodation Center, for the good care provided, as well as to its lady-in-waiting Madame Carmen Pelletier for her precious presence.

Friday, November 3 from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m., Saturday funeral day from 9:30 a.m. The funeral with Eucharist will be celebrated on Saturday, November 4, 2023 at 11 a.m. in the church of Saint-Jean-Port-Joli , followed by burial in the parish cemetery of L'Islet.
