Gamache, Sonia 1944 - 2017 At the Hôtel-Dieu in Quebec, on February 21, 2017, at the age of 72, passed away Dame Sonia Levasseur, wife of Mr. Alain Gamache. Born in Rivière-du-Loup on March 28, 1944, she was the daughter of the late Lady Aline Blanchette and the late Monsieur Hubert Levasseur. Madame lived in Quebec, arr. Beauport. Family members will receive condolences at La Seigneurie Coopérative funéraire 2450, av. St-Clément Quebec arr. Beauport G1E 1E8 (Autoroute de la Capitale, exit Bourg-Royal no 318) on Tuesday, February 28, 2017 from 1 p.m. In his memory will follow at 2:30 p.m. a farewell ceremony in the Chapel of the Cooperative. The ashes will be placed in the Rivière-du-Loup cemetery in the spring of 2017. In addition to her husband Alain, Ms. Gamache will be sadly missed by her children: Valérie (Frédéric Mille), Vincent, Eve-Lisa, Andréanne-Claire (Carl Bergeron); his grandchildren: Cécilia, Florence, Camille, Gabrielle, Jade and Renaud Mille, Félix-Antoine Gamache, Charles-Éloi and Louis-Jacob Bergeron; his great-grandchildren: Alice, Léa and Agathe; his brother, his sisters, brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law: Anne (Raymond Marchand), Maurice (Line Pelletier), Louise (Jean Paquin); of the Gamache family; Claire Gamache-Paradis (late Jacques Paradis) as well as her nephews, nieces, cousins, cousins ??and friends. The family would like to thank all the staff of the palliative care and hemato-oncology unit of the Hôtel-Dieu Hospital in Quebec for the attention paid and the quality of care provided.
