Obituary for Melanie Gamache Melanie Gamache It is with great sadness that the family of Melanie Gamache announces her sudden passing on Friday September 11th, 2020 at the age of 34 years. Melanie will be lovingly remembered by her mother Christine Anna Purdy, her father Fern Gamache (Sue Nault) as well as her brothers and sisters, Melissa (Derek), Dale Toal (Liz), Jessie Kingsbury and Megan Kingsbury and her little nephew Erik which she cherished whole heartedly. Melanie will be missed by her grandmother Linda McGrath and Rita Wagner (Norm), her Uncle Daniel Purdy (Monica), Uncle Gordy Junior and Tammy Cramer (Danny) and truly missed by her aunts, uncles and cousins and many friends. Melanie was predeceased by her grandfather Fern Gamache Sr, grandfather Gordon Purdy Senior and Maurice Nault. Melanie was an outgoing soul who loved to please everyone around her. She will be remembered for her kindness and crazy humour. Her mother was the rock of her life and cherished every moment she spent with her. Melanie went to further herself in Windsor, Ontario and accomplished her grade 12 and was so proud to show how she was determined to conquer the world. She made many great friends along the way and will be greatly missed by all. The family will receive friends on Monday, September 28, 2020 from 7pm to 9pm at Lessard-Stephens Funeral Home, respecting social distancing and maximum capacity due to the current pandemic. Remembrance donations to the Timmins & Area Women in Crisis would be greatly appreciated.
