  Mildred was born on Jul 25, 1927. Her mother died on August 21, 1929 and her father deserted the family around this time effectively orphaning her and her sisters. Mildred lived with an Anthony Leskovec (not her uncle, apparently) in Acmetonia in 1930. On 3 Sep 1931, Mildred was in a foster home of Mrs. Flora Kline, 922 Ford Avenue, Coraopolis, Pennsylvania. Admitted to Polk State School, Polk, Pennsylvania on 28 Nov 1933 at age 6. She was diagnosed with Epilepsy and was characterized as feeble-minded as she could not speak words but only "a few monosyllables that cannot be understood." She stayed at the hospital for the rest of her life, a total incarceration of 14 years, 11 months and 27 days. She died on 25 Nov 1948 overnight of an apparent Grand Mal epilectic seizure. Interment is in Polk State School Cemetery, Polk, VENANGO, Pennsylvania Died: aspiration pneumonia
