LAURENT BÉLANGER 1935-2009 Funeral arrangements entrusted to the Résidence funéraire de l'Abitibi-Témiscamingue VAL-D'OR: Died on August 29, 2009 at the CSSSVO Pavillon de Val-d'Or, at the age 73, Mr. Laurent Bélanger, residing in Val-d'Or. Mr. Laurent Bélanger is survived by his wife: Mrs. Liliane Gamache; his children: Sylvie (Ghislain Couture) of Val-d'Or and Alain (Diane Cyr) of Val-d'Or; his grandchildren: Sébastien, Émilie, Antonie, François, Milène, Martin and Alexandre; his brother and sister: Andrée-Jeanne and Paul-Étienne; his brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law: Marc (Francine), Jacques, Richard (Lise) and Anne-Michèle; his nephews and nieces as well as many relatives and friends. A donation to the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated. Mr. Bélanger will be exhibited on Wednesday, September 2, 2009 from 2 to 5 p.m. and from 7 to 10 p.m. as well as Thursday from 9 a.m. The funeral will take place on Thursday, September 3, 2009 at 11 a.m., at St-Sauveur Church in Val-d'Or. Interment of ashes will follow in the cemetery at the same location.
