  [S5] Obituary. TREMBLAY, Réjean 1937 - 2011 In St-Jérôme, on May 8, 2011, at the age of 74, passed away Réjean Tremblay, spouse of Mrs. Gemma Gamache. Besides his spouse, he is survived by his children Daniel, Stéphane (Sylvie Côté), Madeleine and Shirley; his grandchildren Johnatan, Tracy, Sabrina, Simon Jr., Ludovic, Mandy, Sébastien, Eve-Marie and Alex; his brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law; his nephews and nieces as well as many other relatives and friends. The family received condolences on Thursday, May 12, 2011 at the parlour. A liturgy followed in the evening, at 8:30 p.m., in the living room. Donations to the Heart and Stroke Foundation would be appreciated (forms available at the salon).
