  [S5] Obituary. Donald Arthur Briggs, 83, entered God's loving arms on Monday, November 5, 2018. He was born on December 15, 1934 the son of Marshall D. and Harriet Bliss Briggs. He was from North Adams, Massachusetts where he met Rosemary, the love of his life. They were blessed with 63 years of marriage. Donald was very strong in his faith. He was a trustee and member of Victory Baptist Church in Evansville, IN for 30 years. He worked as a small engine mechanic for Deig Brothers for 11 years. He enjoyed the great outdoors and loved fishing with his family. He was very outgoing and every person he met was greeted with a firm handshake. Visitation will be Saturday, November 10th at 11 a.m. until time of service at 12:30 p.m. There will be a graveside memorial service Thursday, November 15th at 11 a.m. at Sunset Memorial Park.
