PARRISH-Germaine G. (Habasque), 10/16/23 - 1/20/26. Preceded in death by husband, Calvin N. Parrish; parents, Louis and Yves Habasque; brother, Joseph Habasque. Survived by children, Robert P. (Sheryl), Michelle M. and James R. Parrish, all of Omaha; grandchildren, Frank T. Parrish and Dionne R. Gamache, TX, Angela Cuda, Malmo, NE, Michael J. Siref, Omaha; great-grandchildren, Ashley and Charlie Gamache, TX, Jesse, Tayler and Mikala Cuda, Malmo, NE; sisters, Yvonne (Christian) Ouvrier and Marie Louis Signoret; brother, Rene Habasque, all from France; many nieces and nephews; dear friends, Fran Juro, the Daughterty's and the Koleys; along with many special friends. Germaine was born in Vienne, France where she attended Ste. Moritz Academy. She served with the French Resistance during WWII. Germaine moved to Omaha in 1959 to raise her family. She worked in the food and beverage business, including catering manager at the New Tower Inn until 1982. She retired from Dillard's in 1994 as their Sr. Tailor. Germain was tenacious until the end and will be truly missed by her children.
