Deceased Name: Linda Nettie (Richardson) Stanwood
Linda Nettie (Richardson) Stanwood, 51, of 69 Meadows Drive, Hopkinton, and formerly of Hudson, died Sunday evening, Aug. 10, 2003, at Catholic Medical Center in Manchester after a brief illness.
Mrs. Stanwood was born April 6, 1952, in Nashua, daughter of the late Karl and Alice Mae (Fuller) Richardson. She resided in Hudson during her youth and had made her home in Hopkinton since 1996.
She was the wife of Dan E. Stanwood of Hopkinton, to whom she had been married for the past eight years.
Mrs. Stanwood had been employed as a pharmacist technician at Colonial Village Pharmacy in Hopkinton.
She loved animals and enjoyed listening to country music.
Educated in Hudson schools, Mrs. Stanwood graduated from Alvirne High School in 1970.
Besides her husband, survivors include a son, Nicolas Corson of Nashua; two daughters and a son-in-law, Jillian and Marke Cicero of Oxford, Mich., and Angela Corson of Holden, Mass.; a stepdaughter, Sherri Stanwood of Manchester; a stepson, Dan E. Stanwood Jr., of Manchester; three grandchildren, Brandyn and Devyn Cicero and Felicia Remillard; a brother and sister-in-law, Everett and Millie Ellis of Conway, S.C.; two sisters and a brother-in-law, Mary and George Gamache of Greenfield, Mass., and Joan Weston of Florida; and many nieces, nephews and cousins.
The Farwell Funeral Service in Nashua is in charge of arrangements.
