PALMER, ARTHUR LEE (BUD)
age 88 of Knoxville passed away Sunday December 30, 2007 at St. Mary's Hospital. He was a member and deacon of Alice Bell Baptist Church and the Fidelity Sunday School Class. He was a 32nd degree mason with Bright Hope Lodge. He was retired from Norfolk Southern Railway as a Yardmaster and was a World War II Army Veteran. He was preceded in death by his first wife, Dorothy Gregory Palmer and son, Timothy Lee Palmer. He is survived by wife, Bonnie Redmond Palmer; daughters, Pat Walker and husband Frank, Pam Gamache and husband Jon; grandchildren, Michelle Ehmling and husband Wally, Michael and Christine Gamache; great grandchildren, Megan and Ashley Ehmling, and many beloved nieces and nephews. Funeral Services 7:00 P.M. Thursday Rose Mortuary Broadway Chapel with Rev. Toby Everett and Rev. Bob Knisley officiating. Family and friends will meet at the West Adair entrance to Lynnhurst Cemetery at 10:45 A.M. for Interment Services at 11:00 A.M. In lieu of flowers the family request donations be made to Alice Bell Baptist Church Piano Fund. The family will receive friends 5-7:00 P.M.
