Albert S. Davis died Friday, Feb. 29, 2008, at West Volusia Hospice Care Center, Orange City. Mr. Davis was born in Concord, N.C., and moved to this area in 1946 from his birthplace. He was the former electrical supply sales manager with Hughes Supply in Daytona Beach. Mr. Davis was a World War II Navy veteran and a member of VFW Post #3282 and American Legion #120, Holly Hill. He was president of Florida Electrical and an avid NASCAR fan and enjoyed hunting. Albert was predeceased by his son, Craig, and survived by his loving wife, Patricia A.; son, Daniel, Port Orange; daughter, Sharon (Jerry) Pope, South Daytona; stepsons, Daniel (Beverly) Gamache, Denver, Steven (Lorinda) Gamache, Holly Hill; five grandchildren, and ten great-grandchildren. Volusia Memorial Funeral Home, Port Orange, is in charge.
