  [S5] Obituary. GAMACHE, IRENE M., 76, of St. Petersburg, died Thursday (Sept. 18, 2003) at Seminole Nursing Pavilion. Born in 4 Feb 1926 in Taunton, Mass., she came here in 1972 from Bridgewater, Mass. She was a retired nurse and worked at the Bay Pines VA Medical Center. She was a member of Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church in Seminole and VFW 273 in Madeira Beach. Survivors include a son, Henry "Butch" Gamache, Largo; a daughter, Dianne Gamache, Seminole; two brothers, Joseph Medas Jr., Bridgewater, Mass., and Jerome Medas, Beverly Hills; a sister, Clara L. Hockenberry, Buzzard Bay, Mass.; five grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren. E. James Reese Funeral Home & Crematory, Seminole. parents were Jos Medas and Rose Lawrence, m. 1948
