Blanchet, Donald 1942 - 2017 Montmagny August 29, 2017 At the Hôpital de Montmagny, on August 29, 2017, at the age of 74 years and 11 months, passed away Mr. Donald Blanchet, husband of the late Mrs. Réjeanne Frève and son of the late Mr. Numa Blanchet and the late Dame Fleurina Godin. He lived in Montmagny. The family will receive condolences at Laurent Normand Funeral Home Inc., 115 St-Louis Street, Montmagny, QC, G5V 1N2 on Saturday, September 2, 2017, starting at 9 am. A liturgy of the Word will be celebrated at 11:30 am at the funeral home. The ashes will be deposited at the Columbarium of Montmagny. He is survived by his children: Marie-France Blanchet (Jean-Marc Dubé), Guillaume Dionne-Blanchet, his grandchildren: Claudia and Jérôme Blanchet-Dubé, his brothers and sisters: late Clémence (late Maurice Têtu), Yvon (Gilberte Gamache), Réjeanne (André Thibeault), Lise (Jacques Minville), Céline (late Lorrain Leclerc), Monette (Paul-André Proulx), Gérald, Odette (late André Bouffard), Jacques, Johanne (late Claude Guimont), his brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law of the Frève family, as well as members of the Dionne family, many nephews and nieces, cousins ??and friends. Sincere thanks to the staff of the 3rd floor of the Montmagny Hospital (medicine-surgery) for the good care and dedication and a big thank you to his brother Gerald for his precious help.
