Bernier, Bertrand August 10, 2017 Edmundston Bernier, Bertrand 1927-2017 At Domaine des Bâtisseurs, August 10, 2017, at the age of 90 years and 4 months, we left Mr. Bertrand J. (Bert) Bernier, he was husband of the late Mrs. Cécile Dubé and lived in Edmundston. He is survived by his daughters, Carole Richards (Scott) of Madawaska, Me and Michèle Bernier of Moncton, his grandchildren, Julia and Samuel, his brothers, André Bernier (late Germaine) of Quebec and Régis Bernier of Rivière-du -Loup, Qc. He now rests with his wife, his parents, Alphée Bernier and Laura Gamache, his fathers and sisters, Hervey-Guy, Roger, Rodrigue, Beatrice, Origen, Fernando, Evangeline, Claude and Laurent. The funeral of Mr. Bertrand J. (Bert) Bernier will be held at 11:00 am on Friday, August 18, 2017 at the Immaculate Conception Cathedral, with interment in the parish cemetery. The family will receive sympathy as of 9 am Friday at the J. B. Côté & Fils Salon Ltd., 160 Edmundston Church Street. Visiting hours will be Friday from 9 am to 11 am, the time of the funeral. Mr. Bernier was a member of the Canadian National Pensioners Association and a member of the Royal Canadian Legion Branch 25 of Edmundston.
