  [S5] Obituary. Father Léonce Paquet, Oblate of Mary Immaculate, died in Richelieu on October 25, 2017, at the age of 85 years. He was the son of the late Joseph-Oscar Paquet and Adrienne Dion. He made his first vows on August 15, 1952 and was ordained a priest on June 5, 1959. He was professor of philosophy at St. Paul University in Ottawa for 21 years, then at Yves Plumey Scholasticate in Yaoundé, Cameroon for 5 years. . Back in Canada, he found himself in Ottawa as administrator of the Deschatelets building. He has done a lot of translation work for Oblates and Oblate publications. He has been retired in Richelieu since 2014. In addition to his Oblate family, he leaves to mourn Sr sabelle Paquet cnd, Sr Raymonde Paquet sss, Constance Paquet (André Bédard), Jeannine Gamache (late Philippe Paquet) Louise Fortin (late Antonin Paquet) fire Émile Paquet. the late Edith Paquet and Cécile Paquet; as well as many nephews and nieces. The mortal remains will be exhibited at the Oblates of Mary Immaculate 460, 1st Street Richelieu October 27 from 18:30 to 21h and the next from 12:30 to 14h. A prayer celebration will take place on October 27 at 7:30 pm. The funeral will be held at the same place on October 28 at 2 pm Subsequent burial at the Oblate cemetery of Richelieu.
