Laflamme, André 1953 - 2017 Palliative Care of the CSSS Alphonse Desjardins / Hôtel-Dieu de Lévis, surrounded by the love of his family, on October 27, 2017, at the age of 64, passed away Mr. André Laflamme, son of the late Mr. Lucien Laflamme and the late Mrs. Andrée-Anne Godbout. He was the husband of Madame Jacynthe Lemieux. He lived at St-Gervais-de-Bellechasse. The family will receive relatives and friends at the Édouard Trahan and son Inc. funeral home at 30 rue de la Fabrique East St-Gervais-de-Bellechasse Saturday, November 4, 2017 from 9 am to 10:50 am. celebrated Saturday, November 4, 2017 at 11 am in the church of St-Gervais-de-Bellechasse and from there to the parish cemetery. He is survived by his loving wife Jacynthe Lemieux; his sons: Vincent (Julie Gonthier), Étienne (Sandra Faucher), Marc-André (Marie-Josée Boutin) and his three granddaughters: Megan, Léa and Emma; his brothers and sisters: Guy (Rita Roy), the late Cécile, Madeleine and Luc; his brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law: Réjeanne (Edgar Lapointe), Maurice (Lisette Gamache), the late Michel, Monique (Clément Audet), Louise (René Patry), Claire (Vianney Fournier), Gaétan (Raymonde Chabot), Clermont, Jocelyne (Luc Godbout), his godchild: Daisy; as well as many nephews, nieces, uncles, aunts, cousins ??and many friends. The family wishes to thank the palliative care staff of the Hôtel Dieu de Lévis, Dr. Lemieux, Dr. Deschênes and Dr. Hamel as well as the nursing staff.
