A man of many talents
At La Maison Aube Lumiere, on September 14, 2015, Mr. Bertrand Gosselin passed away, at the age of 78. Mr. Bertrand Gosselin was the husband of Lisette Maurice ¬residing in Sherbrooke. He was the son of the late Ovide Gosselin and late Clémence Rancourt.
Mr. Gosselin will be missed by his wife, as well as his daughters Marie-Claude (Richard Gervais), Nathalie (Andy Tstantopoulos) and his grandchildren: Marie-Ève Gosselin Savoie, (Steve Gamache), Samuel Fortier Gosselin, as well as his great-grandchildren: Alicia and William Gamache, mother of his children Lise Gaudet, and stepchildren: Anne Préfontaine (Vincent Mathon), Louis-Charles Préfontaine (Julie Blanchard), Marie-Claude Préfontaine (Francis Gagné), his brothers and sisters, stepbrothers and stepsisters: Micheline (Raoul Gaudreau), Jacques (Denise Lambert), Serge (Nicole Leclerc), late Nicole (Gary Packwood). He was also the brother-in-law of the late Lucie and late Josette. He will also be missed by Yvonne (the late Rolland Tessier), Raymond, the late Monique (late Réjean Girardin), Jeannine, Lina (Raymond Letarte) and Diane. He will also be missed by numerous nephews and nieces, cousins and other relatives and friends.
The family will welcome you at the Steve L. Elkas Funeral Residence, 601 rue Du Conseil, Sherbrooke, Que., Friday, September 18, 2015 from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. and 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. and on Saturday from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. A church service will follow Saturday, September 19 at 4 p.m. at the St-Patrice Church of Magog. The burial will follow at a determined later date at the St-Patrice Cemetery of Magog.
The family would like to thank Dr. Browmich, and the staff and volunteers of La Maison Aube-Lumiere for the respect, dignity, and compassionate care given to Mr. Gosselin.
