  [S5] Obituary. May 16, 1963 - April 24, 2016 Robert Racette, a resident of Livonia, passed away April 24, 2016 at the age of 53. Robert was the beloved son of Loretta (Larry) Parrish and Francis (Judy) Racette, and the cherished grandson of Shirley Taipalus. He was the dear brother of Nancy Racette-McCrea, and uncle of Ian McCrea, Riley McCrea and Sandra McCrea, and is survived by many aunts, uncles and cousins. Robert will be resting at the L.J. Griffin Funeral Home in Westland (7707 Middlebelt Road at Ann Arbor Trail) on Wednesday, April 27, from 10 a.m. until the time of his Funeral Service at 1 p.m.
