FEATHERSTON, Dorothy December 5, 1940 - July 21, 2018 Loving mother of Barbara Dupuis (Claude), late Stephen Kropp (1962- 1988), Richard Kropp (Colleen), Christine Schnupp (Claude), and Brenda Kropp. Nanny was so proud of her grandchildren Amanda (Ronan Rushe), Dax and Dasan Dupuis, Wade Kropp, Tyler Schnupp, McKenzie and Patrick McManus and cherished her great-grandson Lochlann Rushe. Dorothy was the youngest child of Marion Pinard and Alfred Featherston. Her predeceased siblings Betty (Bob Martin), Marnie (Ken McMahon), Walter (Patricia Kelly) and Bower (Shirley Kelly) dearly loved the baby of their family. She was cherished by many nephews and nieces, wonderful cousins and kind friends who all know how much Dodie loved them. We lovingly give thanks to all caregivers at Ruddy-Shenkman Hospice, Kanata, who carried our dear Mom to her final home. In memory, donations can be made to Hospice Care, Ottawa, 613-260-2906 ext. 222. Funeral Service will be held Sunday, August 5, at 2 p.m. at Martin Luther Church, 933 Smythe Rd, Ottawa, 613-733-5804. She will be deeply missed and never forgotten.
