  [S5] Obituary. Union-News (Springfield, MA) - Tuesday, November 28, 2000 Deceased Name: Alma M. Gamache Alma M. (Taillefer) Gamache, 94, formerly of 115 Dwight St., died Sunday in Mercy Hospital. She was a machine operator at Ellis Co. and retired in 1967. Born in Holyoke, she lived in Springfield most of her life. She was a member of the Springfield Golden Age Club, South End Branch, the Springfield Hobby Club, the Springfield Senior Citizens Group and the Hampden House Community Club. She leaves two nephews, Alfred LaFlamme of Chicopee and Richard LaFlamme of Agawam; and three nieces, Rita LaCroix of Chicopee, Lorraine Bernier of Ludlow and Pauline Grosso of Springfield. The funeral will be Thursday morning at Holy Cross Church, with burial in St. Thomas Cemetery, West Springfield. There are no calling hours, and Forastiere Funeral Home is in charge.
