Paul F. Camyre Jr., 67, passed away suddenly on January 25, 2015 at Mercy Medical Center, surrounded by his family. Raised in Palmer, he graduated from Palmer High School. He was very proud of his accomplishment of being an Eagle Scout as well as graduating in 1967 from the CT School of Broadcasting. He was a self-employed stained glass artist and sold his work at the Big E for 16 years. He worked for 18 years at Interstate Products in W. Springfield. Along with the love of his life Joan Gevry, he leaves his father, Paul Camyre, Sr., his son Kyle of Palmer, his brother Peter and his wife Mindy of Wilbraham, his sister Liz Gamache and her husband Tim of Ludlow, and his brother-in-law Phil King, Sr., of Wilbraham. Additionally, he leaves nieces and nephews Phillip Jr., Jeff, Melissa (Joe), Ben and Lauren as well as great niece and nephew Layla and Maddox and loving English Springer Spaniel Shelby. Along with his mother, Elizabeth (Hanscom) Camyre, Paul was predeceased by his sister Mary (Camyre) King. Calling hours are Sunday, Feb. 1st from 12:00-2:00 at the Beers & Story Palmer Funeral Home. A Funeral Mass will be held on Monday at 10AM at St. Thomas Church in Palmer. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Forgotten Felines P.O.
