  [S5] Obituary. Gerald "Jerry" GAMACHE Born July 24, 1924 in Grand Rapids, Minnesota to Ad'Lore and Myrtle Gamache. Jerry passed away surrounded by family, after a short battle with cancer on August 6, 2003, in Shoreline, WA. Jerry was an avid outdoorsman. He is survived by his beloved wife Esther of 43 years and their sons: Arnold (wife Jennifer) Holte and Michael (wife Christine) Fawcett, Sr., both of Shoreline, WA. Also surviving is a brother Ernest (wife Betty) Gamache of West Palm Beach, Florida; sisters: Audrey (husband Vernon) Sackett of Grand Rapids, Minnesota and sister Betty Trombley of Taconite, Minnesota; 7 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren. Friends are invited to join the family in Visitation from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday, August 9, 2003 at Evergreen-Washelli, 206-362-5200. A private family graveside service will follow.
