  [S5] Obituary. GAMACHE, Antoinette 1924-2017 At the Notre-Dame Hospital of Fatima in La Pocatière, on June 7, 2017, at the age of 93, passed away Mrs. Antoinette Gamache. She was the daughter of the late Dame Alma Chouinard and the late Sir Joseph Joachim Gamache of Saint-Pamphile. She is survived by her sister-in-law Thérèse Turgeon (late Michel Gamache), many nephews and nieces of the Gamache, Lamontagne and Veilleux families, as well as cousins, other relatives and friends. Special thanks go to the palliative care staff of the Notre-Dame Hospital of Fatima for the good care provided, as well as to the staff of Résidences Hélène Lavoie in Rivière-Ouelle and La Pocatière.
