  [S5] Obituary. Robert L. Hollenback, 83, of Lachine passed away peacefully Tuesday, April 25, 2017, with his family at his bedside. Robert was born Aug. 31, 1933, in Detroit to the late Alphonse and Edna (Gamache) Hollenback. He served in the United States Army during the Korean War. On June 9, 1956, he married Ila VanSipe. Robert was a member of St. Rose of Lima Catholic Church. Surviving are his wife, Ila; two children, Dixie (Gary) Jones, Mary (Jason Harwell) Mosley; four grandchildren, Nicholas (Molly Antalis) Mosley, Garrett (Sara Wenokur) Jones, Cody (Stacy) Jones, Fisher Harwell; brother, Thomas (Judy) Hollenback; and sister, Donna Dick. Mr. Hollenback was preceded in death by his brother-in-law, Frank Dick. Mr. Hollenback is at the Bannan Funeral Home where visitation will take place Sunday from 1-7 p.m. with a parish prayer service at 6:30 p.m. Visitation will continue Monday at St. Rose of Lima Catholic Church from 10 a.m. until mass of Christian burial at 11 a.m. with Rev.
