- RONALD L. BISSONETTE HEBRON, N.H. - Ronald L. Bissonette, loving, loyal husband, father, brother, uncle and friend to many, passed away peacefully Thursday, July 28, 2011, after a courageous battle with cancer, at the age of 60. Born in Burlington to the late Kenneth and Diane Bissonette (Gamache), "Our Favorite Guy" was a man of so many talents. Inspired by his late parents, Ron carried on the businessman spirit and traditions with integrity. He was a businessman who put his heart and soul into everything he did to ensure it was done right. Ron, a natural born entrepreneur, owned a successful masonry business in Colchester before moving onto another profitable endeavor, Water Doctors Intl., of New Hampshire. In addition to his love of business was his love of community. Ron selflessly sought out ways to help others in any way he could. He was a volunteer Deputy Police Officer in Colchester and a Volunteer Firefighter and EMT in the towns of Hebron and Bridgewater, N.H. As any family member, neighbor or friend would say, he was always there to lend a helping hand. Ron could build or fix practically anything. He was a man of integrity, loyalty, bravery and love; he is missed by all whose lives he touched. Ron is lovingly remembered for his great heart and his loyalty to his business, community, friends, and most importantly, his family. Ron is survived by his loving wife, Karen; children, Kate and Rusty Lipscomb (West Virginia), Amy Lee and Bill Dehey (Vermont), Kristina and Jason LaTour (Massachusetts), Joshua and Michelle Baker (New Hampshire) and Angelina and Louis Krawczyk (New Hampshire); and 21 grandchildren. Ron is fondly remembered and missed by his siblings, Kenneth and Catherine Bissonette (Vermont), John and Mary Bissonette (Utah), James and Deet Bissonette (Vermont), Janet Bissonette (Vermont), Jane and Larry Stevens (Vermont), Barbara and Steve Lewis (Vermont), Beverly and Keith Poirier (Vermont), Kathryn and John Staintcross (New York) and Brian Bissonette (Vermont); as well as so many nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
