  Director of Operations Molly Gamache, based in the Boston/New England office, has been a certifiable Task Master since 1993. She honed her communication skills and the ability to be calm under pressure by supporting a veteran Financial Planner through the sudden highs and lows of the stock market. She provides our company with strong organization, focus and motivation to allow our recruiters the ability to be more productive for our clientele. When Molly is not coordinating chaos in the office, she enjoys winning Fantasy Sports leagues, watching trashy reality TV and reading the Classics with her cat, Tedy, curled up nearby. She and her husband are teaching their son, Sam, what it is like to witness World Series, Super Bowl, Stanley Cup and NBA Finals champions on a regular basis in Boston. This irritates many of the members on our recruiting team who wish the Red Sox, Patriots, Bruins and Celtics would share the love instead with their favorite sports franchises.
