Brian was the son of Mary (Iskra) Zalewski and the late Richard E. Zalewski. Brian was preceded in death by his father in 1998 and brother, Richard S. (Rick) in 2004. Brian will enjoy everlasting life with those he loves and has missed so very much. Brian had a kind, loving heart and a warm, welcoming smile. He cared deeply for his friends and family and had a special place in his heart for all four-legged, furry friends. Surviving to cherish his memory are his mother; nieces, Alyssa and Kaelan of Williamston; many aunts, uncles, cousins and dear friends, and his beloved dog and constant companion, Kita. Funeral Mass was celebrated on Wednesday, July 10, 2019, at St Mary Catholic Church, Williamston, MI. A rosary service will be held Tuesday night. Interment will occur at St. Joseph Catholic Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Ingham County Animal Shelter, Mason, MI in memory of Brian. .
