  [S5] Obituary. Sheboygan Press, Wednesday, February 26, 1975 Joseph Rupnik Joseph Rupnik,75, of 530S 13th St., died Tuesday evening at Morningside Nursing Center. He had been ill this past year. Born in Yugoslavia, March 10,1899,he was a son of the late Frank and Ursula Rupnik. He came to this country in 1924. On July 19. 1930,he married Christine Krainz in Sheboygan. He was employed by Armour Leather Co. for 34 years, retiring in 1965. Mr. Rupnik was a member of SS. Cyril and Methodius Catholic Church, Sloga Lodge factory 4 and the American Slovenian Organization. Surviving are his widow; a son Dushan Rupnik of Sheboygan; four grandchildren and three sisters, Mrs. Johanna Mohar of Sheboygan, Mrs. Josephine Vogren and Mrs. Frances Copon, both in Yugoslavia. Five brothers and two sisters preceded him in death. The funeral Mass will be 10 a.m. Friday at SS. Cyril and Methodius Church, the Rev. Louis Koren, pastor, celebrant. Mass will be preceded by family rites at 9:30 a.m. at Gerend-Habermann Funeral Home. Burial will be in GreendaleCemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home after 4 p.m.Thursday where a parish vigil will be held at 7 p.m. A memorial fund has been established in Mr Rupnik's name.
