  Died: Officer Raymond J. Wagner, was a University City Police Officer for many years in the 1930's and 1940's. Officer Wagner was one of seven children born to the late Mr. Emil and Mary (nee Hart) Wagner. Mr. Wagner was predeceased by his brother(s) Mr. Albert Wagner, Mr. George C. Wagner, Mr. Earl Wagner, and Mr. Edward A. Wagner. Mr. Wagner leaves to mourn his passing his son Mr. Raymond J. Wagner, his older brother Mr. Charles W. Wagner, and his younger brother Mr. Clarence Wagner. Mr. Wagner was also predeceased by his 1st and 2nd wive(s) Mrs. Genevieve, Mrs. Marian Wagner, and by his daughter Mrs. Annetta M. (nee Wagner) Reed. Mr. Wagner was a very special friend and mentor to Sergeant Joseph Colegrove, of the University City Police Department, retired. Mr. Wagner was buried on 02/13/1986
