Rejean Gamache 1941 - 2009 NORTH ADAMS Rejean Gamache, 68, of South Street died unexpectedly Monday, May 11, 2009, at Bay State Medical Center, Springfield. Born on Feb. 26, 1941, in St. John, Quebec, Canada, he was the son of Emile and Corrina Tremblay Gamache. He was employed at the Arnold Print Works in Adams until its closing. Known as "Mr Fix-It," he was always working on projects around the house and for others. He leaves his wife of 25 years, the former Judith Harrington, whom he married Oct. 20, 1984, in Hancock. Besides his wife, he leaves a son, Adam Gamache; a daughter Jenna Lescarbeau and her husband, Jon, and a grandson, Gabriel Lescarbeau, all of North Adams, and several brother and sisters in Canada. FUNERAL NOTICE: Services will be Thursday, May 14, 2009, at 7 p.m. at AUGE-SAN SOUCIE-SIMMONS FUNERAL HOME, 46 North Church St. The Rev. Charles Young will officiate. Calling hours will be Thursday from 3 to 7 p.m. at the funeral home prior to the service. Memorial donations may be made to the American Heart Association in care of the funeral home.
