FRANK MENART DIES IN VANDLING HOME
Frank Menart, well-known Vandling restaurant owner, died at 9:25 am at his home on Monday following a brief illness.
A native of Austria, Mr. Menart had resided in Vandling for 24 years and was a member of St. Joseph's Slovenian Church in Forest City.
Surviving are his widow, the former Christine Glavich, two daughters, Clara, a registered nurse and Margaret, both at home, and three sisters, Mrs. Frank Horzen and Mrs. Michael Shelendich,both of Sheboygan, Wis. and Mrs. Mary Kosher, Forest City.
The funeral will be held from the family home Friday morning with mass at 9:30 o' clock in St. Joseph Church. Burial will be made in Our Mother of Sorrows cemetery.
