Barbara Ann (Ditch) Gamache was born on December 27, 1939 in St. Louis, Missouri. She passed away into the loving arms of her Savior on March 3, 2025, in Plano, Texas.
She was proceeded in death by her father, Sterling Ditch; mother, Golda Ditch; sisters, June Hanson and Lorene Kerr; brothers, Jesse Ditch, Garland Ditch and Richard Ditch; daughter, JuliEllen Koberger, stepson, Richard Savio.
Barbara is survived by her devoted husband William Gregory Gamache; children: daughter, Renee Gamache of Hot Springs, Arkansas; daughter, Sharon Porter and husband, Dirk of Plano, Texas; and son, Jeffrey Gamache and wife, Mary of Plano, Texas; grandchildren, Jeffrey Harris, Jessica Harris and husband, Anthony Stauch; Chase Porter; Markie Porter; Katherine Merrifield and husband, Andre; Kristina Gamache; Kyle Gamache; ShiAnn Koberger; Kody Koberger; Gregory Koberger; Kayla Savio; and Katelyn Savio and fiancé, John Johnson; great-grandchildren, Julie Harris, Liberty Harris, Penelope Stauch, Delyla Stauch, Easton Merrifield, Hadley Merrifield, Aiden Vines, and Juliet Johnson; and numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and extended family members.
Funeral service will be held at 10:30 A.M., Saturday, March 15, 2025 at Preston Highlands Baptist Church located at 17463 Davenport Road, Dallas, Texas 75252. Committal service followed by interment will be held at 10:00 A.M., Wednesday, March 19, 2025 at Dallas Fort Worth National Cemetery.
