  [S5] Obituary. VAN ANTWERP, Leroy Raymond Leroy Raymond Van Antwerp, of Palm Beach County and Crystal River, FL, died in his sleep Thanksgiving Day 2014 of Alzhiemer's and old age. He was 81. Leroy was the owner of Rhena Realty in Crystal River, FL. Leroy is survived by one brother, Thomas L. Van Antwerp II, and four sisters, Estelle Withrow, Lola C. Gamache, Sara Van Antwerp and Laura L. Van Antwerp; one grandson, Leroy Van Antwerp III of Dallas, Ft. Worth, TX. He had one son, his name sake who died a youth, Minister of Truth or Consequences, NM, in a small plane crash two years earlier, Leroy Van Antwerp II. Leroy is remembered fondly by his entire family and will be sorely missed, a loving brother, father and God fearing man.
