BÉLANGER, Roméo 1923-2012 At the CLSC and Residential Center of Saint-Jean-Port-Joli, on February 18, 2012, at the age of 88 years and 3 months, passed away Mr. Roméo Bélanger, husband of the late Dame Laurette Gamache . He lived in Sainte-Félicité de L'Islet. He is survived by his children: Serge (Brigitte Vaillancourt), Lina (Claude Milliard), Murielle (Réal Vaillancourt), Line (Michel Dubé), Christian (Christiane Bourgault), Sylvie (Patrick Robichaud), Chantal (Denis Montminy), Francis (Kasandra Lamanque); his grandchildren: Manon, Nadia, Dave Bélanger; Sonia, Caroline, Tony Milliard; Vicky, Katty Vaillancourt, Jean-Michel Dubé; Melanie, Steve, Meggy Belanger; Jessie, Kellie Bélanger, Rosée, Ophelie, Jubaï Bélanger; his great-grandchildren: Cloée, Justin, Éléna, Lucille, Samuel, Élodie, Félix, Tristan, Christéban, Clara, Cederic and Oceanne; he also leaves to mourn his spouse of the last years Dame Lucia Bélanger and his children Hélène Leclerc (Sylvain Lavigne) and Pierre-Yves Leclerc. Also in mourning are his sister Éliane, his brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law from the Bélanger and Gamache families, as well as his nephews, nieces, other relatives and friends. The family wishes to thank Dr. Gilles Labrecque and Dr. Jacques Rivest, as well as the nursing staff of the Saint-Jean-Port-Joli accommodation center and that of the Le Havre du Lac residence for their presence and the good care provided.
