Beloved husband of Mary Jane Gamache for 55 years; dearest father of the late Philip Gamache, Stephen (Donna) Gamache, and Suzanne (Kenneth) Kern; dearest brother of the late Claude (Dolores) Gamache Jr., the late Mary Ellen (Gordon) Neilson, and the late Sr. Eileen Gamache, CSJ; dear brother-in-law, uncle, great-uncle, great-grandfather, and friend. John had a wonderful smile, a great sense of humor, and a kind and gentle disposition. He was a retired electrician and a member of IBEW Local 1. Services: John has gifted his body to St. Louis University School of Medicine. Memorial Mass at 10 a.m. on Saturday, January 16, 2016 at Sts. Peter and Paul Church in Soulard, 1919 South 7th Street. Memorial contributions to Society of St. Vin cent de Paul appreciated.
