Otto David ''Dave'' Gamache Jr. of Portland died of liver disease Saturday in a Portland hospital. He was 46. A memorial service will be at 1 p.m. Saturday in the chapel of Mountain View Funeral Home in Tacoma. He was born May 1, 1944, in Tacoma. He had lived in the Portland area for more than 20 years. At the time of his death, Mr. Gamache was a salesman for Baldwin Filters. Mr. Gamache is survived by his daughters, Jodi Scott and Jeri Acfalle of Puyallup, Wash.; son, Jon of Tacoma; sister, Doris Foster of Tacoma; stepbrothers, Elden, Orrin, Larry, Clair and Laurel; and three grandchildren.
