Linda Gamache, age 71, of Westfield, MA passed away peacefully in her sleep surrounded by family and friends on Friday December 12th Linda is survived by her husband James Gamache, her daughter Kara Colcord and son-in-law Ben Colcord, her son Ryan Gamache and 2 grandchildren, Kaili and Bodhi Colcord. She also leaves behind her mother Jackie Gagnon, sister Deborah Gagnon, partner Kathy Kolankiewicz, sister Paula Gagnon-Hite and her husband Morgan Hite, a brother Chris Gagnon, and his wife Sonja Gagnon, nephew and niece Bryce and Solana Gagnon. Linda was predeceased by her father Paul Gagnon.
Linda graduated from Cathedral High School c/o 1972. Upon graduation, she attended Rodger and Putnam School of Nursing where she met her future husband, James. She then worked at Baystate as an LPN for over 40 years.
Linda was a kind, funny, and generous person. She enjoyed traveling and spending time with her family and friends. She loved going to Maine, Misquamicut, San Diego, and Albuquerque., she also loved gardening and shopping and going to the casinos.
There will be a celebration of life at a future date to be determined. In leu of flowers please consider a donation to St. Jude?s in her name.
