  Died: Mariette (Gamache) Fournier, 89, of Highland Ave., Fall River, formerly of Palmer St., Fall River and Burke St., Swansea, died Saturday, March 26, 2005, at Catholic Memorial Home. She was the wife of the late Edmond Fournier. Born in Fall River, the daughter of the late Henri and Olivine (Levasseur) Gamache, she lived in Fall River most of her life and in Swansea for 11 years. A member of St. Anne Parish, she had worked in the garment industry and for Aetna Life and Casualty. Survivors include a daughter, Christine Shannon and her husband John of Swansea; 2 grandsons, Christopher Shannon of Rehoboth and Jonathan Shannon of Swansea; 2 brothers, Aurele H. Gamache and Andre B. Gamache, both of Fall River and nieces and nephews. She was the mother of the late Madeleine Fournier and the sister of the late Rev. Flavius, Rev. Lionel, Maurice, Mercedes, Julien and Robert ?Dempsey? Gamache. Her funeral will be held Wednesday at 10:30 a.m. from the AUCLAIR FUNERAL HOME, 690 So.
