Died:
- Dean Charles Rouleau, 57, of 7333 Truax Rd.,Hillman, passed away Friday, June 22, 2007 at Alpena Regional Medical Center of an apparent heart attack.
Born April 22, 1950, in Alpena, to Charles and Lorlea (Sheldon)Rouleau. Dean married Beverly Schanck on Sept. 8, 1972. He served in the U.S. Army and later the National Guard. Mr.Rouleau was a supervisor for the UPS before retiring on March 17, 2005. After retiring Dean returned to the farm, raising Black Angus Cattle and hauling livestock. He enjoyed his family, hunting and the outdoors.
He is survived by his wife, Beverly; 3 children, Marty Fox of Indiana, Shannon and Greg Wright of Negaunee and Kristy and Flynt Schulze of Hillman; eight grandchildren; Matthew, Nicole, Gerald, Joshua, Timothy, John, Amanda and an adopted little granddaughter from Kazakhstan Grace; one great grandson, Xander; parents Charles and Lorlea Rouleau; eight brothers and sisters; Diane and David Keifer, Michael and Alice Rouleau, Gary and Vicki Rouleau, Wendy and Bill Barnard, Greg and Sue Rouleau, Kim and Kym Rouleau, Bruce and Pam Rouleau, Lori and Fran Vorachek; brother in-law Gary Gagnon; special sister in-law Tammy and David Fields.
Mr. Rouleau was preceded in death by one sister, Lynette Gagnon.
Mr. Rouleau is laid to rest at Hillman Rust Cemetery.
