- SOUTHBRIDGE: Linda D. Regis, 79, passed away peacefully at her home in Southbridge on March 11, 2021. Linda was the daughter of the late Gilbert and Bertha (Cudworth) Dubreuil. She was predeceased by her loving husband of 38 years Leo Stanley Regis. Linda was raised in Southbridge and was a graduate of Mary E. Wells High School. After graduation she became a legal secretary at the prominent Worcester law firm of San Clemente, Italiano, & Conlin where she worked until her retirement. She leaves behind 3 first cousins; Marvin Cook of Lakewood Ranch, FL; Shirley, Grenon of Holden; and Barbara (Egan) Laprade of Charlton, and step daughters Linda (Regis) Neff of Webster, and Susan Regis of Charlton. She also leaves behind her loving Goddaughter Kathleen (Glodis) Poehler of Martha?s Vineyard; and special ?cousin? Judy Leary of Spenser. Linda loved to travel and shop. She took many trips to visit relatives including a trip to watch the launch of a manned space flight at Cape Canaveral. She loved dining at Boston restaurants and going to theater performances ? particularly the Phantom of the Opera and Mama Mia.
