Lemieux, Paul-Henri PH 1942 - 2016 At the Montmagny Hospital, on May 10, 2016, at the age of 73, Mr. Paul-Henri (PH) Lemieux, son of the late Marie-Rose Gamache and late Mr. Paul-Émile Lemieux. He lived in L'Islet (Saint-Eugene). He is survived by his children: Mario and Julie (Dany Bouchard); his grandchildren: Raphaël and Maxim Bouchard. He was the brother of: late Solange, Ghislaine, late Miville (Liette Carrière), Fernand, Gaétane and Lucie. Are also affected by his departure, his nephews and nieces, other relatives and friends. Sincere thanks are addressed to the staff of the Montmagny Hospital for their delicacy and excellent care. Special thanks to his sister Gaétane for her care, her attentions and her constant presence with Paul-Henri.
