She leaves to mourn her husband Alfred, her daughter Julie (Luca Guévremont), her grandson Édouard, her brothers and sisters: Hélène (Jean-Claude Houle), Gaétane (Gilles Godin), Carole (André St-Germain) , Yvan (Carole Lefebvre) and Jacqueline (Roland Gamache), her brothers-in-law & sisters-in-law of the Bouchard family: Jeannine (Armand), the late Jean, Jules (Gaby) and Ghislaine (Louis), her nephews and nieces as well as other relatives and friends. The family of Mrs. Poulin Bouchard will receive condolences at the funeral home Mandeville & Mineau, 80 Charlotte Street, Sorel-Tracy, Saturday, April 27, 2019 from 11 am to 15 pm, followed by a time of meditation. The family sincerely thanks the staff of the Myosotis unit for their dedication, not to mention Dr. Clavel. Donations made in his memory to the Myosotis Unit or to the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated.
