  [S5] Obituary. GAMACHE, Sylvain 1965 - 2023 At CHUS Fleurimont, on November 9, 2023, Mr. Sylvain Gamache died at the age of 58. He was the son of the late Edmond Gamache and the late Clémence Hamel. He leaves to mourn his partner Monique Dubois, his brothers and sisters; Claude, Pierre (Cécile Tétreault). His nephews and nieces; Daniel, Johanne, Alexandre and Gabrielle. He is also survived by his brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law; Lise Dubois, Nicole Dubois, Danielle Dubois (Jean Pinard), Pierro, Denis Turcotte, Francine Dubois (Benoit Roy), Réal (Louise Lacroix) and Roxanne Lemelin Dubois as well as several relatives and friends.
