Deceased Name: RYAN. JUDITH L. (HOOVER) RYAN
RYAN. Judith L. (Hoover) Ryan, 51, of Wethersfield and Hartford, beloved wife of Peter B. Ryan, died Sunday (Nov. 10, 1996) at her home after a short illness. Born in McIntyre, PA she had lived in the Elmwood area 25 years recently moving to Wethersfield earlier this year. She was a member of the Church of St. Brigid, Elmwood and Church of Incarnation, Wethersfield. She had been employed by the Veterans Administration, Hartford office, for 15 years. Prior to the V.A., she had worked for the following agencies; U.S. Attorney Office, Treasury Dept., Dept. of Defense, and the F.A.A.. Besides her husband, she leaves two daughters and sons-in-law, Mrs. Christine and Stephen Tofeldt of Newington and Mrs. Kimberly and Brian Gamache of Wethersfiel d; a sister, Mrs. Patsy (Bonnie) Darazio of Bradenville, PA; several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Curt and Leona Hoover and two brothers, Theodore and Norman. The funeral will be Wednesday, 8 a.m. from the Sheehan-Hilborn-Breen Funeral Home, 1084 New Britain Ave., West Hartford, with a Mass of Christian Burial at 9 a.m. in the Church of St. Brigid, Elmwood. Burial will be in Cedar Hill Cemetery, Hartford. Calling hours will be today from 6- 9 p.m.. Memor ial donations may be made to St. Francis Home Health Care Agency, Hospice Division, ATT: Pam Kriza.
