  [S5] Obituary. Genevieve passed away peacefully on September 30, 2022 at the Dufferin Care Centre in Coquitlam, B.C., too soon at the young age of 99 years. Genevieve was born in Ste. Rose, Manitoba on July 17, 1923 to Joseph and Marianne Gamache, and the family eventually moved to Coquitlam, B.C. Genevieve attended UBC and was a high school teacher for many years in Kelowna and Kamloops. She had a wonderful sense of humour, loved to cook, and was an avid worldwide traveller. Predeceased by her parents, and sisters Gabrielle and Laurence. Greatly missed, and survived by sisters Odile, Luce, Gilberte, Yolande, and numerous nephews and nieces.
