Jacques, Marcel 1933-2018 At the Thetford Mines Hospital, on December 26, 2018, at the age of 85 years and 10 months, passed away Mr. Marcel Jacques, husband of Mrs. Gabrielle Gilbert (one of the four founders of the AREQ), domiciled in Thetford Mines and formerly Sacré-Coeur-de-Marie. Of the Jacques family, he was the son of the late Irenée Jacques and the late Laetitia Lachance; the brother of the late Eddy (late Rita Lapointe), the late Jeanne-Mance (late Marcel Lamontagne), the late Maurice (Yvette Lambert), Blandine (Jean-Luc Fillion), Lise (OMI), Angélique (Clermont Jacques) and Dominique ( Brigitte Bouchard). Of the Gilbert family, he was the son-in-law of the late Émile Gilbert and the late Rose-Aimée Martineau; the brother-in-law of late Jeannette (late Réginald Auclair), Clémence (late Yvon Gamache and friend of Gilles Nadeau), late Lucien, late Lucille, Margot and Martha Gilbert. He also leaves in mourning his godchildren: Jean-Rock Jacques and Gervais Jacques; his godchild: France Auclair; his nephews and nieces; his cousins ??and several other relatives and friends.
