Louise A. Gamache 1920 - 2012 SOUTH HADLEY - Louise A. (LeBlanc) Gamache, 92 passed into eternal life on Monday, September 17, 2012 at Cooley Dickinson Hospital, Northampton surrounded by her family. She was born in Holyoke in 1920 and lived most of her life in South Hadley, MA. Louise was employed for over 40 years at National Blank Book in Holyoke until her retirement in 1982. She was an avid New England Patriots fan, enjoyed bowling, singing and playing cards but most of all; she loved spending time and traveling with her family. She was the beloved wife of Eugene A. Gamache who predeceased her in 1972 and the daughter of the late Ruby ( Savage) LeBlanc and Leo H. LeBlanc. She is survived by her beloved daughters, Ann M. Perrault and son-in-law, Ronald C. Perrault of Northampton and Diane L. Guyer and son-in-law Edward J. Guyer of East Longmeadow. She also leaves her beloved grandchildren, Kim M. Thomann and husband Gary L. Thomann of Hadley, Michelle D. Otis and husband Jeffrey C. Otis of Easthampton, Jennifer A. Glenowicz of Conway, Scott E. Guyer of West Springfield, and Laura-Beth L. Olson and husband Christopher S. Olson of Suffield, CT. She leaves 8 great-grandchildren whom she cherished and loved. The funeral for Louise will be held on Friday morning at 10 am in the Ryder Funeral Home followed by a Funeral Mass at 11 am in St. Theresa's Church both in South Hadley. Her burial will be held at the convenience of the family. Family and friends may gather at the funeral home at 10am. In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to the charity of your choice or to the Sisters of the Presentation of Mary, c/o Sr. Rena Brunetti, 209 Lawrence St., Methuen, MA, 01844 for their mission work.
