MONIQUE MCDONALD OBITUARY
McDONALD, Monique Alice Marie
(Nee Gamache)
October 9th, 1951 - April 23rd, 2023
It is with great sadness and heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Monique on April 23, 2023 at the age of 71, surrounded by her family.
Monique was an avid sports fan, always watching the Vancouver Canucks and her special team the Toronto Blue Jays, which she watched on T.V. until her final days. She also loved playing bingo, cards and doing puzzles (the harder the puzzle the better, even upside down).
Monique is survived by her daughter Kayla, stepsons Todd and Terry McDonald, brothers: Marcel (Anthea), Gilbert (Jani), Mike (Darlene), Paul (Cindy), Lionel, Rene' (Paula) and sister Elaine.
She is predeceased by her loving husband Dennis, brother Robert and her parents Aime' and Eva Gamache. The family wishes to thank the doctors and nurses on the PATH unit at Ridge Meadows Hospital and all the caring and wonderful staff at the Christine Morrison Hospice in Mission.
Celebration of Life, will be held on Saturday,
June 3rd at 1:00pm at the Albion Community Centre 24165 104 Ave, Maple Ridge, all of Monique's family and friends are welcome to attend.
